Default runtime services for NextUI AI and agent features, including prompt building, context assembly, in-memory transcripts, tool dispatch, permission brokering, model profile settings, workflow profile resolution, and an echo harness for tests and demos.

Real model providers and platform-specific UI are expected to live in separate packages.
