Model provider integrations for NextUI AI built on Microsoft.Extensions.AI (IChatClient): an OpenAI-compatible chat client factory and the streaming MeaiChatHarness that owns the agentic tool loop (dispatching tool calls through the in-process NextUI tool dispatcher).
The Microsoft.Extensions.AI dependency is isolated in this package; NextUI.AI.Abstractions stays BCL-only.
